ITL was formally established in Beijing in 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shenzhou Holdings, the largest integrated IT service provider in China. Shenzhou Holdings was successfully spun off from Lenovo Group in 2000 and was listed Ｏn the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Ｏn June 1, 2001 (stock code 861HK).
