1. Responsibilities:
a. Serves customers by selling products and provide the solutions with customers.
b. Establishes and maintain relationship customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call On existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors and form a sound customer profile.
c. Adjusts content of sales strategies by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
d. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and business trip reports, and the integrity of reports should be guaranteed according to company templates.
e. Monitors and timely report competition by gathering current marketplace information On pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
f. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
g. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
h. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies and timely submit the reports and share the information with the management.
i. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and follow the strategies and policies of company.
j. Complete the product registration in Vietnam and be responsible for solving the problems in the registration of products. And assist customers in resolving issues such as customs clearance imported from Vietnam.
2. Requirements:
a. Under 40 years old.
b. Could speak Chinese and Vietnamese.
c. College degree or above.
d. 1-3 years of feed industry sales experience preferred.or Graduates majoring in nutrition
e. Adapt to the business trips
f. Familiarity with office software.
g. Skills: Meeting sales goals, Motivation for sales, Prospecting skills, Product knowledge.
