负责人岗位职责:
管理各店铺日常运营、销售、人员工作分配;
Manage the daily operation, sales, and staff assignments of each store;
考察各国家的市场开发,人流状况;
Survey each country’s market development and human-mass flow (customer flow);
管理后勤部门人员和工作分配;
Manage logistics department personnel and work assignments;
协助人事部门做好人员考勤、纪律、招聘工作;
Assist the personnel department with attendance, discipline, and recruitment;
配合财务部门做好统计、收款工作;
Cooperate with the financial department ;
配合清关物流部做好发货,清关,收货等事务;
Cooperate with legal and logistics team regarding shipping, customs clearance, receiving, and other affairs;
领导组织处理意外紧急事故,并领导制定和实施紧急方案;
Lead the whole organization in dealing with unexpected emergencies and leading the development and implementation of emergency plans;
主持或授权委托技术,组织和培育企业团队精神;
Hosting, organizing and foster corporate skills and teamwork;
企业人才发展规划,与董事汇报商讨各项规章制度和企业重大决策;
Host Company human development, rules, and regulations and prioritize the needs of discussing regarding to major corporate decisions with BoD;
诚信服务,将企业发展至正确方向;
Integrity Sevice, the development of the enterprise in the correct direction;
协助并监督运营、设计、宣传部、采购、招商、宣传等后勤部门做好相应工作。
Assist and supervise the operation, design, publicity department, procurement, investment promotion, publicity, and other logistics departments to do corresponding work.
