Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Quality Control Engineer:
质量控制工程师的主要职责和责任：

1.      Responsible for product inspection, preparation of inspection reports, data collection, etc.
负责产品检验、检验报告的编制、数据收集等。

2.      Carry out inspection and testing of semi-finished products and finished products.
进行半成品、成品的检验和试验。

3.      Statistics Ｏn the pass rate of the production process and the pass rate of shipment inspection.
生产过程合格率、出货检验合格率统计。

4.      Implementation and confirmation of corrective measures.
纠正措施的实施和确认。

5.      Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级临时交办的任务。

6.      Prepare and revise inspection standards and simple SOP.
制定和修订检验标准和简单的SOP。

7.      Investigate, analyze, and respond to customer complaints and 8D improvement and correction.
调查、分析、回应客户投诉及8D改进与纠正。

8.      Inspect and verify the company's products through different inspection methods to ensure that sampling methods and inspection levels meet customer requirements.
通过不同的检验方法对公司产品进行检验和验证，确保抽样方法和检验水平满足客户要求。

9.      Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and report to superiors accordingly.
准备每周和每月的质量报告并向上级汇报。

Job Requirement

     Qualifications/competencies:

     资格/能力：

1.      Practical experience in Ｏn-site product inspection and quality control.
具有现场产品检验和质量控制的实践经验。

2.      Be honest, upright, responsible, and professional.
诚实、正直、负责、专业。

3.      Strong coordination and communication skills, and be calm and decisive in handling matters.
较强的协调和沟通能力，处理事情冷静果断。

4.      Calm personality, meticulous, responsible, and strong team awareness.
性格冷静，细致，负责，团队意识强。

5.      Technical secondary school/high school/college degree, three years of experience in quality engineering, able to work stably in the long term.
中专/高中/大专学历，三年质量工程经验，能够长期稳定工作。

6.      Experience in cable and wire manufacturing and familiarity with the cable and connector manufacturing process is preferred.
有电缆电线制造经验，熟悉电缆、连接器制造工艺者优先。

7.      Strong abnormality analysis capabilities.
强大的异常分析能力。

8.      Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.
较强的英语或中文沟通能力
