Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Merchandiser:

跟单员的主要职责和责任：

Handles orders follow-up from start to finish, anticipating and solving issues within deadlines.

从头到尾处理订单跟进，在（订单）截止日期内预测并解决问题。

1.      Make sure each step of the path is done within the deadline through detailed common order tracking.
通过详细的通用订单跟踪，确保路径的每一步都在截止日期内完成。

2.      Maintain an accurate follow-up table at all times.
始终保持准确的跟踪表。 

3.      Anticipates problems, and comes forward with solutions (including challenging the suppliers).
预测问题并提出解决方案（包括挑战供应商）。

4.      Cooperation with the QA team to get all tests pass.
与 QA 团队合作，确保所有测试通过。

5.      Visit factories whenever necessary to check Ｏn production and build relationships with key people Ｏn the production floor.
必要时参观工厂，检查生产情况并与生产车间的关键人员建立关系。

6.      Organize shipments with logistics teams to ensure Ｏn-time delivery to countries, and check the accuracy of supplier’s export documents.
与物流团队组织发货，确保按时运送到各国，并检查供应商出口文件的准确性。

7.      Join weekly meetings with your team.
与您的团队参加每周会议。

8.      Handle other jobs assigned by the team leader.
处理领导交办的其他工作。

1.      College Degree and above
大专及以上学历

2.      Strong communication skills

3.      Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

4.      Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the WeChat environment.
