从1997年成立的广东合诚化工有限公司开始，到2004年与日本松尾产业株式会社成立合资公司。 20多年来，松尾中国一直聚焦于涂料、油墨、胶粘剂、硅橡胶、皮革等行业的原材料供应和服务。
我们的代理产品，均来自于行业翘楚。比如：德国Borchers 世界上历史悠久的特种化学品生产厂家之一，现属于美国Milliken集团；日本东洋铝业，世界上三大效果金属颜料供应商之一；美国卡博特，世界上炭黑和气相二氧化硅主要的生产厂家；日本旭化成，世界上聚氨酯涂料用HDl固化剂的主要生产商之一。
与此同时，松尾中国依托日本等海外专家，以及国内高等院校等资源，专注于涂料树脂和特种助剂的研发和工业化开发，推出松尾自主品牌的系列产品，如氟助剂、膨胀微球、水性树脂等。
