质量专员

职位描述

1.现场进行生产过程质量控制和成品检验。

2.处理质量问题，对供应商质量进行全过程监控，并跟踪改进措施的有效性。

3.跟进产品测试、数据验证和样品制备。

4.协助SC监督工厂审核并跟进供应商质量管理的改进。

5.根据项目团队的要求在越南进行采购，并能跟进订单和生产进度。

6.与PMC一起跟进生产订单进度。

7.发货前检查样品，并与质量工程师一起处理客户反馈/投诉。

工作要求：

1、越南人，能说中文，能用英文写QC报告，有良好的计算机操作能力。

2、有缝纫产品质量工作经验，熟悉质量管理体系要求。

3.有采购能力，能及时跟进订单和生产进度。

4.熟悉产品生产工艺、成品检验及标准。

5.可以接受包括柬埔寨在内的出差，并接受长期留在工厂工作（Tan Binh Town, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam）

6、良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，灵活、积极主动，乐于学习。

Job Desc

1.     On-site to carry out production process quality control and finished product inspection.

2.     Handle quality problems and monitor supplier quality for whole process and follow up the effectiveness of improvement actions.

3.     Follow up the product testing, data verification and samples preparation.

4.     Assist SC to monitor factory audit and follow up supplier quality management improvement.

5.     Make sourcing at Vietnam as project team required and can follow up order and production schedule.

6.     Follow up production order schedule together with PMC.

7.     Check samples before sending out and deal with customer feedback/complaint with QE or Engineer.

Job Requirement：

1.    Vietnamese, can speak Chinese and write QC report in English, good computer skill.

2.    Have quality working experience Ｏn sewing products, familiar with quality management system requirements.

3.    Have sourcing ability, can follow up order and production schedule.

4.    Familiar with product production process, finished product inspection and standards.

5.    Can accept business trip including Cambodia and accept stay in factory for long time working, more better to close the factory address (Tan Binh Town, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)

6.    Good communication skills and teamwork awareness, smart intelligence, flexible, positive attitude and willing to learn.
